To Place an Order:
All functions require that a catering request form be submitted to our catering department at least 48 hours prior to each function. This is to ensure that we have an adequate amount of food and staff available to make your event a success. The customer will receive a copy of the request form as written confirmation.
Set-Up and Delivery:
Delivery and set-up are provided by our catering department. Pick up is also available during business hours. In some cases, there may be fees for delivery and set up based on location and equipment involved. Should there be an additional fee for these services, you will be notified in advance.
We can provide service staff for your event for an additional fee when held after hours. Our staff is professional and pleasant and will be pleased to assist you in managing your event. Should you require staffing, the hours and number of service personnel will be at the discretion of the catering director. No prices quoted in the brochure include service staff.
We can provide rentals for linens, china, and furnishings for your event with 72-hour notice. All rental bills will include a refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total rental bill for breakage, theft or loss.
All prices in the brochure may be subject to change due to product availability and market increases. Although we request 72 hours in advance, we do recognize there are some instances where this is not possible. We are happy to accommodate your requests on short notice and fulfill your needs as best as possible. Costs of delivery charges, paper goods and condiments are included in the prices listed.
